Our lightest fabric with extra reinforcements.
We took our highest strength-to-weight ratio fabric and reinforced it with a 0/45/45 degree X weave, to make Aeris X™ even more durable, stretch and tear resistant. Add in the ability to heat weld this 100% PE material and the design possibilities are endless.
So much stronger.
Aeris X™ fabrics are 20-40% lighter than incumbent fabrics yet are 3-4 times stronger and 6 times better in tear resistance (product tested by a third-party).
Exceptional UV resistance.
After 1000 hours of simulated UV exposure, Aeris X™ is 7.5 times stronger and experiences 30 times less degradation when compared to traditional Nylon or Dacron materials (product tested by a third-party).

With diverse construction capabilities, Aeris X™ is being developed for use in performance sails, ultralight bags and packs, ultralight tents and aerospace applications.
